6. How We Use Your Personal Data
   We use personal data to:
   Respond to enquiries and job applications.
   Understand and improve how visitors use the website.
   Maintain the security and functioning of the website.

7. Enquiry Form
   When you submit an enquiry, we ask for your name, contact phone number, email address and other basic details, as required.. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to follow up if needed, relying on Section 7 of the DPDPA (responding to a request you have made) or your consent.
   We do not use enquiry data to make automated decisions that affect you.
   
   

8. Careers Form — Job Applicants
   When you apply for a role through our careers form, we collect your name, contact details, CV/resume, employment history, and any other information you choose to submit (such as a portfolio or cover letter).
   We use this information to assess your application, contact you about the role, and, if you are hired, to begin the onboarding process. We process this on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in recruitment.
   We do not use application data to make automated decisions that affect you, and we do not share it outside the Company except where required by law.
   
   

9. International Visitors (EU/UK)
   Our services are directed at businesses in India and the tools listed in Section 5 are enabled for all visitors, including those accessing the site from the EU or UK. We have not implemented a separate consent flow or website experience for EU/UK visitors.
   
   

10. Testimonials, Reviews, and Feedback Surveys
    If you submit a review or take part in a feedback survey, we record your name, email address, and (for reviews) your IP address. Where we use your name, organisation, role, or comments publicly as a testimonial, we do so on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by asking us to remove it.
    We do not use this information to make automated decisions that affect you.
    
    

11. Automated Decision-Making
    We do not use any personal data described in this policy to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you. Advertising and personalisation features in our analytics tools remain switched off; these tools are used solely to understand aggregate website usage and improve the site.

13. International Data Transfers
    Enquiry and CRM data is hosted in India. Analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity is processed by Google LLC and Microsoft Corporation, which may process data outside India, including in the United States, under those providers’ standard data protection terms.
    
    

14. Your Rights as a Data Principal
    Under the DPDPA 2023, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you and request correction of inaccurate data. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
    Right to access: request a summary of the personal data we hold and why we process it.
    Right to correction and erasure: request correction of inaccurate data, or erasure where it is no longer required, subject to legal retention obligations.
    Right to grievance redressal: raise a grievance with our Data Protection Officer and expect a response within 30 (thirty) days
    Right to nominate: nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity (DPDPA s.6(9)).
